Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is understood to mean the total management and controlling system of a company, including its organisational structure, the principles and guidelines by which it conducts business, as well as its internal and external supervisory and auditing mechanisms.

Corporate governance constraints require that a company's management and control is based on a sense of responsibility, as well as the need to sustain value added. These principles promote trust among national and international investors, business associates, the general public - as well as its employees.

The main factors needed to achieve this are close and efficient cooperation between the Executive and Supervisory Boards, paying attention to the interests of our shareholders and the general public, as well as making sure that the company communicates transparently.
